Louise Macdonald's gift vouchers can be used to purchase a fascinator, hat or millinery course. The gift vouchers (any value you like) allow the lucky person to select the product or experience they want most.
The vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
How to order
- Call Louise Macdonald's millinery studio (telephone 03 9650 1352 or +61 3 9650 1352) to request vouchers over the phone.
- Alternatively, fill the online form and we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the purchase of your gift voucher.
- If you prefer to contact Louise by fax or mail, fill the printable form and forward it to us. After we receive your form, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) – you can provide your details by telephone (03 9650 1352 or +61 3 9650 1352), the online form or email. Alternatively, send a cheque or money order to Louise Macdonald Milliner, Room 3, 8th Floor, 37 Swanston Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
Delivery
If you choose to receive the gift voucher, an email will be sent to you with all the details. Alternatively, Louise can send the gift voucher to its recipient on your behalf by email.
